Return policy

We want every sip to make your day better. But sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here is how we handle returns, refunds, and order issues.

Coffee (Perishable Goods)

All coffee purchases are final sale. Since coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns once it has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review the situation and provide a replacement or refund to your original payment method where appropriate.

To report an issue, please include your order number and a brief description of the problem. Photographs may be requested to help speed up the resolution.

Merchandise & Non-Perishable Products

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Item must be returned using the instructions provided by our support team

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and provide a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.

For general returns (no defect or error), return shipping instructions will be provided after your request is reviewed.

International Orders

Returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the United States. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
