We build our mushroom coffee on single-origin, specialty-grade beans from Sumatra. Carefully selected for structure, balance, and depth, it is grown by smallholder producers at high elevations and roasted on demand, the coffee reaches you at peak freshness.

It means higher-quality coffee. Beans are scored on a 100-point scale, and anything 80+ is considered “specialty.” Ours scores 82–86, placing it in a small percentage of coffee known for better flavor, consistency, and overall quality.
It tastes like great coffee! But to be more specific, many high quality coffees will have distinct 'tasting notes'. These aren't added flavors. They're natural characteristics that develop in the blend itself. Ours come through as nutty chocolate, smooth caramel, and luxurious vanilla.
Most commercial coffee is roasted in massive batches, packaged, shipped to warehouses, and then distributed to stores. By the time you buy it, it's often 2–6 months past its roast date. We roast our coffee ‘on-demand’, meaning it reaches you a week or two after roasting for peak freshness and flavor.
Yes. Our coffee sits around pH 5.3, while most grocery store coffee is pH 4.5–5.0. Because of the way acidity measurement works, this makes ours up to 3x less acidic.
