Why we made this
Coffee fuels everything we create at Success Juice, so we set out to make a blend that finally lived up to our standards. It came down to three 'must-haves' that other coffees never quite hit:
- Fresh, or bust. Most store-bought coffee loses its potency because it was roasted 1-6 months earlier. We wanted to drink ours at the optimal time: about a week after roasting.
- Rich and smooth. We wanted a cup with real depth, but none of the bitterness.
- Low acid. Stomach issues, along with that sharp, sour aftertaste so many coffees have are just not things we enjoy.
